  • I FEEL SLOVENIA I Feel 25

Slovenia is one of the youngest European states. Having gained independence in 1991, is celebrating its 25th birthday this year.

Slovenia lies where the Alps, the Pannonian Plain and the Adriatic Sea meet. It has two million inhabitants and covers 20,256 km2.

The capital Ljubljana has some 280,000 inhabitants, and offers precious comfort. The Slovenian natural and cultural landscape is a synonym for a balanced lifestyle. Slovenians share a love, if not a passion, for all sorts of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountaineering and cycling.

Like the active lifestyle green thinking is also a given. Slovenia’s vision for the next 25 years is sustainable development and green technologies.
