To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Slovenia and the 25th anniversary of the beginning of diplomatic relations between Slovenia and Belgium, the statue Manneken Pis will wear the national costume from the Gorenjska region.   

At 11 a.m., those gathered will be greeted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in Brussels, Matjaž Šinkovec, and a promotion of Slovenian wine and cuisine will follow. The statue is located at the intersection of Rue de L'Etuve and Rue du Chene, in the vicinity of the main square in Brussels, the Grand Place.
