On the occasion of celebrating the 25th anniversary of Slovenian independence, the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovenian Philatelic Association and the Post of Slovenia organise the opening of the philately exhibition "Where the Most Beautiful Flowers Grow", which will be held on Friday, 27 May 2016, at 11:00 in the lobby of the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia. 

The opening of the exhibition, which will also feature the publication of a commemorative postage stamp dedicated to the anniversary, will be attended by the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor (who will present the jubilee postage stamp dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the independence of Slovenia), the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, Milan Brglez, and the President of the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia, Mitja Bervar. 

The exhibition will be open until Friday, 1 July 2016, every working day from 9:00 to 15:00.
