The celebration will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the first armed conflict in Northern Primorska in the war for independence. The official speaker will be the Chief of the General Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, Major General Andrej Osterman. The Črniče branch school pupils, reciters, singers and musicians will perform in the culture programme. An entertaining gathering will be held after the ceremony. 

For this occasion, the Veno Pilon Photo Association will mount an exhibition of the most beautiful sights in Črniče.
